The accommodations at Audarya are rustic, with shared yurts and a bathhouse. During the festivals, each yurt accommodates four devotees and has two beds and two sleeping mats. Camping spots are also available.

Yurt and cabin accommodations are limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis, so early registration is recommended. This year we have online reservations.

For those who prefer more private accommodations, we recommend Anderson Valley Inn, which is owned by Brahma and Lila. There is a 20% discount for devotees. Please note that Anderson Valley Inn is in Philo, about 20 minutes from Audarya: www.avinn.com 707-895-3325

For offsite cabin camping, located about 15 minutes from Audarya, please visit the following website:

Hendy Woods State Park

What to bring

Warm clothing, flashlight, pillow, sleeping bag, toiletries (biodegradable only please), and towel.

If you need a ride to Audarya, please contact Madhava (audarya.retreats@swami.org) and he can help arrange transportation, either with another guest traveling to Audarya or one of the devotees from Audarya. It would be ideal to arrive the day before the festival because on the days of the festival (Saturday and Sunday), it will not be possible to have anyone from Audarya pick you up since everyone will be attending the programs. If you can’t arrive the day before the festival, there still might be other guests coming to Audarya on Saturday who could give you a ride or another option would be to rent a car from the San Francisco airport.

If you are flying to the San Francisco Airport (SFO) and someone is picking you up from Audarya, we request that you take an airport shuttle to Santa Rosa. Here is information about the shuttle:

The Sonoma County Airport Express

The Sonoma County Airport Express leaves from the San Francisco airport every hour, starting at 5:30 am. It takes 2 hours and 15 minutes to arrive at the Sonoma County Airport stop in Santa Rosa. For a full schedule, visit here:

Fares may be paid either prior to your trip or when you board the bus. If you decide to pay for your trip when you board the bus, they accept cash and personal checks but not credit cards. To purchase tickets prior to your trip, tickets may be purchased on their website with a Visa or MasterCard:

Buses pick up passengers at the San Francisco Airport on the Lower Level (outside Baggage Claim area) in the center island at the pillars marked “Airporters.” International Terminal pickup is located at the Arrivals Level, outside Customs in the outer roadway center island at the “Airporters” zone. The bus has reclining seats, air conditioning, overhead reading lights, and restrooms. They allow each passenger two suitcases and one carry-on bag. There is a $6.00 charge for each additional bag or suitcase.
